9.25 x 9.25 x 1.5 in.

Acrylic, mixed media, spray paint, wood

The title comes from the resemblance to (in my opinion) the dials and levers on the bridge of a ship. But this piece was also something I worked on slowly in between working on bigger projects. So maybe it was a "bridge" between those projects, as well.

I always enjoy getting back to the more physical, constructive process of making a sculpture or 3-D piece like this. It's often refreshing after working on 2-D surfaces for so long. This piece was pure fun and I had no intentions for it when I started. To me those often end up being the best works of art. Ready to hang. Buyer responsible for additional shipping costs.
